Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another. (Romans 14:19)
This verse especially spoke to me concerning my family relationships. Am I continually pursuing peace and edification? Or am I just trying to get my way no matter the cost?

Do not let anyone treat you as if you are unimportant because you are young. Instead, be an example to the believers with your words, your actions, your love, your faith, and your pure life.
1 Timothy 4:12
This verse is perfect for me to memorise - I'm constantly arguing with my sisters, and I really do need to remember to speak life into people, and use words that will edify them rather than tearing them down. Thank you for the verses each week, they're really great!

1 Timothy 4:12 is a very that I memorized several years ago; but I am getting rusty on it and probably should re-memorize it. :) A wonderful list of aspirations for us to attain!

@Maddy
Thank you for your openness; sister-relationships are tough at times, but they are so wonderful when we let God help us to work through our differences!!! Keep striving to be at peace with your sisters for they truly are you best friends for life!
